Dujj is a rectangular prism in soft maple and walnut-veneered maple plywood with three paneled sides. Assembled by hand using a traditional joinery, it serves alternately as a stool, bench or low table depending on its orientation.
Designed in 2003, fifteen were originally produced. I’ve lived with one for the last several years. It has been neat to watch how the surfaces have developed wear marks with each move and rotation.
